What we collect and why.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name
• Your organisation
• Your email address
• The type of enquiry you selected
• The message you wrote

We do not use analytics, trackers, cookies, or third-party scripts on this website. We do not log visitor traffic beyond what Cloudflare collects for abuse protection, which is retained briefly and not linked to individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry. That's the only reason.

Where it goes

Your submission travels from your browser to Cloudflare's edge network, then to Resend (our email delivery provider), then to our Bifrost inbox. It is not stored in any database, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than responding to your message.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry emails for twelve months from the date you sent them, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

How to request deletion

Email contact@bifrost.au with the email address you used, and we will remove any correspondence with you from our inbox within five business days.
